Help understanding my stats

I have been promoting Videoslots for the past few months but I have trouble understanding the stats. Any help would be much appreciated.

My questions are:
1. On the first row (Nov 01) I guess that a negative Gross Revenue figure means that the player has won money?

2. The profit is calculated (Gross Revenue - Bonuses - Cashbacks - License Fee - Bank Fee) x 0.25. I still don't see why the profit is €24.11 on November 01. Any ideas?

3. How can a License Fee sometimes be positive and sometimes negative? Isn't the license fee usually a percentage paid by the casino to the software provider for each spin regarding of winning or losing?
