Thumbs down Here we go... Another Player Complaint!

We received another email complaint about payouts this week. This time for Rushmore. You know what really pisses me off about it the most is that I have spent alot of time and effort promoting these casinos over the years and I would expect the managers to be a little more helpful in their explanation about what the hell is going on in reference to not paying their players. Pretty much a slap in my face. I tell my visitors that they will have NO PROBLEMS with Rushmore and Cherry Red and now I look like a f*ckin a**hole. Thanks alot guys, I really appreciate it!!!

    Message:
I have been a player at Rushmore Casino for a better part of this year without any complaints. However, there has been a lack of response for a withdrawl I made on December 12th. I keep getting the same excuse that there are problems with the processor. Its now the 28th of December and my withdrawl has still not been approved. I genuinly like playing at this casino but its wearing very thin on my patience. When I ask to speak to the withdrawl dept. they claim no-one is in. I ask for a manager and I get the same response. If you can assist me with my withdrawl I would be sincerely greatful.

I'm sorry too Ben but in good conscience I can no longer send players to any of the C-Planet brands if they aren't receiving payouts. So as of today I'm removing all Rushmore, Cherry Red and Slots Oasis promotions on my site. If things ever get back to normal feel free to give me a shout.

I was just browsing some of the forums when I saw this.

I don't really have a horse in this race since I just carry a very few links to these casinos, but I must say, I'm pretty amazed.

I mean Ben, if you don't have, or can't get answers, then who can?

Don't you even want Big Daddy to give you the Player's info so you can look into it for him?

This is starting to sound like another Casino group having money problems.

Not your fault Ben, but you gotta be straight with us here. Please!

    Hey guys

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but I saw on Ben's facebook this morning that he is no longer with C-Planet/Rushmore.

    Cheers

I can log in to the back end ok. I visited slots oasis and it was ok to.

For me Affiliate Edge has the trouble but only once in a while.

Default Again there was a delay with affiliate payments

Well again for who knows how many times there was a delay in Affiliate commission payment

I just logged in and saw it was made only today instead of 15 of the month

I don't remember when it was last time the I was paid on time

I did my decision and removed their banners from 95% of my 700 sites last month

tomorrow I will complete the removal from the rest

Another strange issue is that after I started promoting other casino 2 month ago instead c-planet my earning got up 3-4 times not including some VIP players that spent 30k+

Just a heads up... Jonathan has been in touch with us regarding these complaints and has assured me that both players have been paid their winnings. We are just waiting to hear from the players that their payouts have arrived at their banks.

Well that is good to hear but the fact they failed to even address this thread let alone take over a month to pay your players winnings is enough for me to never have them grace my sites ever.

There is nothing worse than a yahoo outfit that is late on paying affiliates and players. They are nothing less than a complete waste of time and not worth effort.

    Congrats C-planet on screwing up.

What happened to those? Just yesterday there's also a news about eWalletXpress, are they experiencing both problems?

I may get bashed here but by reading CM the last few days it looks like they are getting back to norm. I'm not saying that they are in the right here but **** happens (expected with US casinos) and it seems like Cplanet is trying to make the best of it.

idk I think posting we're in serious trouble would likely make things worse for affiliates and players. (Gosh can you imagine the spin the spammy casino news sites would put on that)They commented they were trying to fix it but other than that I don't think there is really much that can be said. In the last three years, I think this is the first that I've seen Cplanet have any major problem at all.

lol I think it's ironic how quick people are to pull out on cplanet when we've seen dozens of programs default on a much larger scale (and neglected to fix).

Who knows - I could very well eat my own words but for now I think they are working on it as promised and hopefully will get back to norm for everyone.

You got some good points there... but never the less...
If they assume a position in this forum, and have a dedicated forum to their program, it's expected to get some faster feedback when you post "whatever" in the forum...

Wow, while I am glad to hear that there are "working on it" - I am pretty amazed at the "official" response from a representative.

Well the players have just informed me that they HAVE NOT been paid as of today. I have PM Jonathan for an explanation and am awaiting a reply. It is very disconcerting that Jonathan or some other manager has not made an effort to address this publicly. From where I sit it isn't looking so good.
