One of leading proposed pieces of legislation for regulating a potential online gambling market in Pennsylvania calls for a ridiculous 54 percent tax rate.

Very smartly written piece. Too bad it's on a location that would be almost totally unseen by the mainstream. A well done argument like that should be seen in the mainstream where it might count and even influence. Hope it trickles up to some of the PA legislators.
