Just wondering why we were not able to access the site?

I had the same problem. The browser was taking me to an installation page.

lol clearly obvious, reason i am asking is. If its another hack attack is our personal information safe? IF its some form of hacking, i think we should be kept updated. The install errors i was getting redirected to was part of the Vbulletin install section. It just seemed strange.

Found site very slow to load yesterday, but once on it ok. Same again today, though not as bad.

I tried to access it last night, the database appeared to be having errors/issues

This was NOT a hack, but a mistake made by the technical staff sometime yesterday evening.

I caught it around 9:30 pm eastern time and notified the tech's and it was restored sometime after 1:00am eastern time as that was the last time I checked and it was still down.

Ye I needed to use my account and couldn't was frustrated but I know how these things go .. everyone is entitled to make mistakes we all human thanks GPWA

I've often found the homepage to be slow but I've always presumed the site was hosted in America and I'm in the UK. Never had any trouble with what was mentioned above however.

It's always unfortunate sites experience technical difficulties we've all been on this road before, I'm sure that the good people at GPWA meant no harm!
