    Default How to deal with a fraud site

    Hello

    My name is Georgi Atanasov,and few months ago I started playing at stargames.net for money.I lost several deposits,but luck changed I started winning.I won what I lost,and then some more,so I decided to withdraw.Suddenly the site decided to require lots of documents,even though I had already sent what they required for registering.Anyway,i sent all,and after 10 days of waiting I got this response "We were informed by our riskmanagement department that there were irregularities with your account "iyi_gunler" and it had to be blocked due to violations of our GTC (see Points G and I)." I didnt get any explanation what these irregularities are,any evidences,etc..Just that my account is closed,but how come and why they never told me.Since I am quite sure I have done nothing wrong,and that I at least have the right to know for what they blame me,I decided to contact their regulator - LGA-Malta(lotteries&gaming authority).I wrote LGA,I called them,and after 2 weeks of waiting I got only this e-mail :
    "Dear Mr. Atanasov,
    In your specific case, the information was passed to the MGA and examined in detail so as to confirm the Operator’s explanation of events. From the Authority’s end, it was determined that the Operator acted in accordance to the regulations and Terms and Conditions.This information is of a sensitive nature and cannot be provided to the player as is your case.

    So the regulator is practically as fraud as the site,and gives the players absolutely no protection.I ask if anybody has idea how can I proceed further,where or to whom I can complain from the site and it's regulator,to let me know.I don't see any reason if a site really detects an irregular account to hide the details,except when the site itself is irregular and wants to steal the player's money.I am sure every player has the right to get details why his account is blocked,it's the same to throw you in jail,without any explanation what you are guilty of,and without any evidences.
    So I thank in advance for any help

    G. Misconduct

    1. Any misconduct in using the services is interdicted. Especially, but not limited to the following acts shall be deemed as misconduct:

    • players not complying with the rules of communication between players (see point H below);
    • players deliberately providing inaccurate or misleading information;
    • players attempting to manipulate the results of games by concerted practices, making alterations of the program or in any other way;
    • players deliberately causing or exploiting website malfunctions or defects in order to undermine the natural flow of the game;
    • registered players opening another account; and,
    • players violating any other regulation set out in these Terms and Conditions.

    2. The player shall not decompile or attempt to decompile the software on the website or develop software that interferes with the client-server-communication software used on the website.
    3. The use of any software program which facilitates artificial intelligence is strictly prohibited. Prohibited software may include software which allows opponent profiling, player collusion or any other program which the company believes allows a player to cheat or gives one player an unjust advantage over another player. The company may take action in order to detect and prevent the use by players of such software, including reading the list of currently running programs on a player’s computer where possible or profiling the player’s behaviour for the purposes of investigation. If the company successfully identifies the use of prohibited programs, the company reserves the right to freeze the offending player’s account for a period of at least six (6) months; to confiscate any funds in that account; and/or suspend the player from using the services of the company and any of its sites.
    4. The player will not collude with fellow players (i.e. unsolicitied team play). If team playing is identified by the company, the company has the right to confiscate the winnings of all colluding players. The confiscated amount will be given to the aggrieved players.

    I. Sanctions for Misconduct

    In the event of player misconduct, the company reserves the right to immediately exclude the player from any further use of the website and to terminate the contract with the company. Furthermore, the company is entitled to interrupt and terminate on-going games, to block players’ accounts with or without prior notice, and until clarification of the situation, retain the player’s credit on the player account and any illegitimately won prizes at the player’s cost.

    Points G and I do not give details about my case,as you can see.You can read them over and over,but it won't help you.When you are banned,you have the right to know what are the facts,what reasons they had to ban you.If not,it means they can ban any player,all the time with the great explanation "read points G and I".

    Support said that if they want ,they can send players money with 100 pieces , and take 4 euros for each transfer for their work , and player will pay 100 x money for bank transfers

    Stargames is fraud casino , i will do the best to return my money...

    There are some casinos who don't even bear the eWallet's fee, I also has same experience with ComeOn, they also charge 5% fee for any amount deposit whenever and as many times you deposit money there. So, if I have to play for $1000 at ComeOn, I have to deposit $1050 in order to get $1000 as playable money in my comeon account. This thing is really not good.

    Stargames specially break money to any pieces , to hold 4 euros for each piece , and due to their cheating player lose several money for bank transfers
