Question How did the second quarter of 2014 compare with the first quarter of 2014 for you?

The second quarter of 2014 just ended, so it is now time to ask our periodic question to members about how the revenue they are earning has changed over the last quarter.

If you compare revenue from the second quarter of 2014 (April to June) to revenue from the irst quarter of 2014 (January to March), how did it change? Did it get better, stay the same, or get worse for you?

And post your thoughts about the changes you have seen and your view of what the future holds. How much do you think the changes you saw between the two quarters is due to general economic conditions, how much is related to changes in the online gaming affiliate marketplace, how much is related to seasonal fluctuations, how much to special events like the world cup, how much is purely random, and how much is related to changes in what you are doing?

For Casino City, revenue in the second quarter was a little ahead of the first quarter (1.8%, so I voted that it was the same as the first quarter - within 5%).

But within the second quarter there was a lot of fluctuation month over month to produce that slight overall uptick. Out of the thirty months in the last two and a half years, June 2014 was far and away better than any other month. But April and May 2014 were the 4th and 8th worst months out of that same 30 month period. There are definitely a lot of random revenue fluctuations, even for a bigger affiliate site like Casino City.

It was about the same, maybe a little increase but not much.
