Question How did the third quarter of 2026 compare with the second quarter for you?

The third quarter of 2026 ended a week ago, so it is time to ask our periodic question to members about how the revenue they are earning has changed over the last quarter.

If you compare revenue from the third quarter of 2026 (July to September) to revenue from the second quarter of 2026 (April to June), how did it change? Did it get better, stay the same, or get worse for you?

And post your thoughts about the changes you have seen and your view of what the future holds. How much do you think the changes you saw between the two quarters is due to general economic conditions, how much is related to changes in the online gaming affiliate marketplace, how much is related to seasonal fluctuations, how much to special events such as the world cup, how much is purely random, and how much is related to changes in what you are doing?

July was OK with the back end of the World Cup, since then it's been increasingly tough in terms of most key metrics. I'd like to put it down to a post-World Cup lull but I suspect it's more fundamental with the constant negativity towards gambling here in the UK.

I can't compare yet, because my site only went live in September, so Q3 is basically my first month. Early numbers are tiny: 38 impressions and 7 clicks in Search Console, at an average position of about 4.5. That tells me the pages that do get shown rank well, and indexing is my main bottleneck. I'm hoping Q4 is the first real comparison. Good luck to everyone heading into the busy end of the year.
