How do you contact inactive twitter members?

If they've been inactive and don't follow you? Is there anyway you can retrieve their email address anywhere on the site perhaps?

puuuff.. I think this is going to be hard... also.. take into consideration that the old twiter did not even requiered email verification.. so any fake email account was enough. If you find out how to do this.. let us know!
