Default Do you think I'm being scammed as a casino affiliate?

Hello please help with your opinion.

My monthly total deposit amount is around $600,000, while withdrawals are about $475,000. My revenue share is set at 50%, yet I still earn nothing—they claim that commissions eat up all my earnings.

How much do u pay in comissions ?

    Cheers

Does the program's reporting allow you to look line-by-line at individual players? This should give you a starting point to work out what's going on if so. Could be that players have a balance retained on their account which would explain the difference in the numbers but it does feel like quite a big number.
If the commission is exactly zero though then it sounds a bit fishy!

It would really help us if you could possibly provide some screenshots, just to give everyone a better idea and understanding of exactly what your situation is here.

Answering some of these question might help determine things better and in most cases you will not even need top post screen shots of activity or earnings.

It's not hard to mention the program name as you are not providing enough information to determine if what you are seeing is a normal occurrence or if the numbers are completely out of line.

You also have not mentioned bonuses.
Are a large amount of the players are playing progressives.
As newcustomeroffer mentioned above if some of the more active players might also be retaining large sums in their account, and more.
Does the program in question also have fees associated with the banking and are players depositing and withdrawing regularly eating up some of the fees?
Does the program in question also charge an admin fee each month?

Not all programs calculate commissions in the exact same manner, and while many affiliates wish this would be more consistent and transparent, reality just shows otherwise.

I have noticed some very suspicious looking negative rev share totals in certain Affilika aff accounts recently. Not promoting no deposit offers, doesn't seem to be any bonus abuse happening, but consistent huge negatives every month. I've been in this long enough to know it's not right.

But you really have not clarified anything.

In order to best help to see if the numbers you are posting are correct, or get suggestions on what to look at, it is most helpful to know what affiliate program you are speaking about.

Depends if they are table game players then this would be pretty much normal especially if you have high rollers but slot players then it's way out

With $125,000 in net deposits I would expect around $31,000 in revshare returned.

You need more info for sure.

Ie PSP fees, bets-wins, bonuses, game provider fees. All this to get the clean net revenue.

These fees depend on how much the operator manages themselves. If they're on a white label they'll pay more fees because everything is outsourced and out of the operators hands.

Did the issue get resolved? An interesting thread to read and follow-up. Would be great to know which program this was to review own accounts for anything similar.

That sounds quite unusual given those numbers. With that level of deposit vs withdrawal ratio, you would normally expect some positive net gaming revenue.
In many cases, high commissions, bonuses, or negative carryover structures can significantly impact earnings. Some programs also include additional costs like payment fees, admin fees, or aggressive bonus deductions that eat into revenue.
    It might be worth reviewing:
    – How they calculate NGR (what’s deducted)
    – Whether there is negative carryover
    – Bonus and commission structures
    – Any hidden or extra fees
At those volumes, earning nothing doesn’t seem standard unless the deal structure is heavily weighted against the affiliate.

Let’s be real: you can’t optimize what you can’t see.

Too many affiliate platforms today are "data-shy." Whether they’re hiding specific conversion paths or gatekeeping traffic source details, they’re essentially asking you to drive a car with a foggy windshield.

When platforms hold back the numbers, it’s nearly impossible to calculate your true ROI or know which efforts are actually paying off. You aren't just losing insights—you’re losing money. It’s time to demand transparency. If your platform won't give you the full picture, it might be time to find a partner who isn't afraid of the truth.

Even with the limited data you shared, I can simply say that you are sending thousands of USD worth traffic for nothing to your casino partner.

You haven't shared the important data like number of monthly FTDs, re-deposits, betting volume, GGR and NGR etc to estimate how much you lost by sending free traffic to your partner. lol

You also didn't mention whether you are still in the first one or two months with that partner. If yes, you can expect a negative NGR. If they have conditions like negative-carry over, cross brand commission bundling, that will give you nothing.

However, you are getting nothing, not because of they are scamming but because of your below average negotiation skills. If they are scamming, they can simply deflate that huge monthly deposit amount you shared here.

Simply, you are pro in acquiring valuable Europe gambling traffic. But a noob in negotiating with your affiliate manager.

If I have the opportunity to send Europe gambling traffic like you, I will definitely push the affiliate manager to a hybrid deal beyond $50 CPA and 15%-20% rev share to make money upfront with CPA while enjoying recurring commissions with high retaining EU players.
