Default How to Edit a Post?

How do I edit a post I made in one of the forums. I cannot see any option to edit or even delete. Does such an option exist?

I'm pretty sure there is no option to delete after a specific timeframe has elapsed. And that probably extends to editing as well. If Rick sees this, he'll probably explain.

Yes there is a time limit on editing.

This stops situations where someone may post a complaint, say about a missing payment etc, and then the group suggesting the only way to get paid is by removing the post. Although this situation might be rare, we had seen instances of such happening. In these specific scenarios, we are happy to mark the issue as resolved etc where appropriate.

Any time you have a situation where you possibly need a link added to a thread, such as a review request etc, just drop me a line we are happy to help.

Also cases where you need to remove a name or surname you added by accident.

Thank you for this information. I was also missing having the option to edit because sometimes I make mistakes, write expressions that don't make as much sense in English as they do in Spanish, or want to add a small detail that doesn't warrant posting a new comment. Now I understand the reasons, and I can say that I agree with them.

There are other logical reasons as well like not destroying the continuity of a thread by mistakenly removing some information that others might have responded to as one example. That way you most often will not read a post in a thread that answers a question or topic that might have been previously removed by someone editing.

In your example nodepositcasinos, it usually is most logical to just go ahead and add a new comment if it clarifies a position or takes a topic a bit further.

In most cases if you catch a mistake or want to add something else, you can edit the post if not a lot of time has passed. In any other cases, just send me a note and we can make any logical edits as needed.
