That's why affiliate networks are so good. All stats in one place, one payout, better deals, saves time etc.

I check 10 affiliate program on a daily basis, and then I check all 100+ first day every month.
I import everything to an excel so i can keep track on it month by month.

voted 15+ because this is what I do manually more or less but in reality it's much more so I'm using a service to pull the stats automatically

To be honest, I check my affiliate programs once per month. I usually check Google Analytics once per day. At the end of each month I also check Analytics for relevant page reports. For instance, I've had 40 unique visitors on Brand X from Affiliate program Y then I only check that affiliate program.

Nowhere near as money as I should, I work with over 100 partners and I'm on my own at the moment so it's difficult, as the site grows I would like to think I'd be tracking 5-10 a day, every day of the working week.

If you have many sites that you need to check daily then an affiliate tracking software will save you a lot of time. Super easy to get all the data at one place and then import to excel from there if needed.

I check 5 out of about 20 affiliate programs every day.
However, unless new articles are added.

On a daily basis will track about 20 programs. Weekly probably around 50 and on a monthly basis over 100.

Not over 5 a day - I like to enter all the passes manually If they are over 50, then the process need to get automated.

None anymore my friend. We went over to flat fee many many years ago, and haven't looked back. There's so many benefits on top of the win - win - win arrangements. For one, the terms and conditions don't get changed by sometimes predatory affiliate program powers that be. It's a much simpler progress to do a good square deal between a publisher and a brand, or a creative / advertising agency. Simplicity is brilliance - Albert Einstein!
I look forward to hearing what others think.

    No poll option for 0???
I can't vote then, as I only check stats at the end of the month.

Lucky 7. A decade ago it was more like 70. Times are a changing people. We now have more flat fees in place with brands who want 12 month to 36 month deals. Our affiliate dealings are very few and far between, and we're doing a few in the sports and non gaming sector, when we really like the brand. Most just don't cut the mustard. I track between 1 and 5 affiliate programs daily. Although I work with more operators than this. The said 5 programs are the real money makers. The other ones hardly ever make any profit.
