Being transparent is great... until a point. I would really interested in reading a short recap or an infographic about industry numbers but only if many affiliates would share infos in an anonimous vote. Getting out your income in the net, well, that's not the wisest thing.

You said "I Don't see why we should hide it" In this day and age you should hide as much as possible online, Hackers, Thieves, Envious wannabe Black hatters pelting your site with junk links etc, Ex wives etc.. many reasons.. I'm happy to share with the Taxman and Accountant and that's it.

Exactly. Also governments if you're doing things (partly) offshore.

And anyway, what does it say? It's revenue, someone can make € 10.000, but there's a huge difference between having this revenue and having € 8.000 costs or having € 500 costs. And between spending 12 hours a month on your website or spending 12 hours a day on your website....

Everybody is able to look after the total market statistics. What does it say if I doubled my income? Perhaps I tripled my costs or the hours I'm working on it, etc

I totally agree with WonderPunter. Why would anyone want to make himself a target for all the thieves, spammers, hackers, etc out there?

I think you're more likely to get honest answers if it were a private poll...

I'll vote, I also do all my own work, with some content outsourcing of less then $500 a month I would say..

Interesting to see what other sites make.. Most of my earnings are from a steady build up of players, but my real range is anywhere between 8k and 14k..

Looks like most of us making over 10k have more then a handful of sites while those making less have just 1-3 sites... IDK if that is because we have been doing this longer and have built up more of a base.. I just did a quick look.. Would be interesting if we could get everyone to say their stats..

How many sites do you own?
    When did you start?
    How many Pages in total?
    Countries Targeted?
    Topics targeted?

You should also add visit amount... I think this is a big factor irrelevant of how many sites you have

Aw yes, and number of employees..

I didn't add visit amount because I don't keep records on a lot of my sites, but yes.. That would be very helpful to know as well.

I think visit amount, number of sites and number of pages would be most important to compare..

I find conversions from my debitcardcasinos.com is much stronger, then from mysite.com/credit-cards ... One big site vs many medium sites has always been my dilemma..
