Default How Much To Sell This Website?

My 3,5 years old site got out of sandbox and started to rank for high competitve keywords for about 2 months. It is on top 20 for online gambling, top 50 for online casinos, and on the first page for usa oriented keywords.

While preparing site I didn't focus on just one keyword and tried something like 'target all keywords'. So now it ranks for hundreds of keywords on top10,top20,top50. Need to choose some of them and focus them more, then time by time will do the same for others. It is very close to rank for lots of high searched keywords but I haven't enough source to invest more. So I am thinking to sell it.

What price I can put for a site that ranks:

Top 20 for online gambling (exact search number:40,500)
Top 50 for online casinos (exact search number:40,500)
Top 20 for usa casinos, usa online casinos, usa online casino, us online casinos, etc. (about 50,000 exact searches totally)
and lots of smaller keywords that have exact searches betwwen 0-3000.
and rankings go up everweek. For example for online gambling, it entered to top1000 from top40 and in two months now it is on top20.

You'd need more details than that for anyone to give you a price guide. Traffic numbers and details, revenue, running and advertising costs, profit?

What is the domain name? Is it ranking in all versions of Google, or mainly the USA? Based on what you said, I'm going to assume its not an exact match domain (otherwise you would have mentioned it in your post).

I'd guess you could probably sell it for about $5,000 or $10,000 at the most. Domain value is also based on the number of links and PR too. If your site was a PR 5 with 15,000 Yahoo! links, it would be much easier to sell

Thank you to all. I think I need to wait more, after it is on first page for keywords, then i'll sell, as I had a higher price in my mind.

For questions; traffic is not too much yet. Daily 40-50 visitors. Monthly 20-30 depositors. But as I target usa, players are quality. But I don't know the exact revenue from this site as I have other sites and don't track each other seperately.

I target usa, so I check usa rankings. But it ranks well in other countries too.

There is no advertising cost. I bought paid-directory links. No on-going fees. Just monthly $75 for hosting.- as it is onepage site, $5 hosting would be enough.

    It is exact match domain.

    Again, thanks.
