how is a non paying merchant handled?

I was wondering if there was a certain way that was handled?
Example: I have $500.00 worth of payouts Quote in the mail
$100.00 has been from over 3 weeks ago and the other $400.00 only 2 weeks. I had requested they be put on my prepaid ATM but was told that couldn't happen because I funded with my credit card and not the ATM.
I have called them and talked to a rude man. Whats the next step if I don't get the $$$$ ? Oh buy the way I was told it would only take up to two weeks for the pay out.

Guess what came in the mail today?? not one but 2 checks wow thought they were sent out a week apart!!

Have delt with some of their affiliates before and quit playing there. Guess it's time to give them up too.
