How to promote for free?

Hi! So i recently opened my website mayognid. And i have been wondering what is the best way to promote my website for free without buying ads and so on. I have been working on getting good SEO and sutch on but dont not the next step to drive traffic to my website. Please feel free to comment your best options on what i could to.

Before you get too deeply into how to 'promote' the site, you'll need to improve it. At least consider some of the points on your review thread.

Until you do some of that work, 'promotion' by SEO (ie getting search engine traffic organically) is very likely a closed door for you.

So I guess all you could probably do in the short term is find out where Rust/CSGO fans congregate online and try to find ways to get the site in front of them. But the same problem will be there...as soon as they see there is not enough useful/valuable (or unique) info, they are likely to go to other places (which they already likely know anyway)

I suppose what you are referring to promoting. But if we are talking about trying to improve your rankings, then you might want to go over some link exchange thread you can find here.

Might be worthwhile initially telling friends and family about your new website, and asking them to share it.

I've taken a look at your website, and I've also checked your other thread. My sincere advice is to take things a bit slower and invest more time in improving your site: add more content, make the design more consistent, and only publish what is finished.

Once your site is ready to receive traffic, you can attract visitors through SEO or link exchanges. However, I believe focusing on that right now might not yield the best results (though you can certainly start learning and identifying sites where you'd like your link to appear).
