How to protect my forum from spammers

You know that recently I launched a new forum, now I'm busy to update it, but I'm planning to work very hard to develop it soon.

So, now I have 41 members, it's a good number for a new forum, but more than 30 are spammers I'm banning them, removing their posts, but I can't understand why I have so many spammers.

I appreciate any ideas, any help.

I think that you must have one moderator or Administrator that can help you.
( it is not cheap ).

you write in clear way that they'll banned...... you write in clear way the rule ( ex. link only after 20 post )
