The Windows key and G opens screen recorder on Windows 10. That is what I use. Then edit it using a video editor.

Most computers have some kind of screen recording as standard as for video editor I have never tried one before. Although I have just seen this which appears to be free openshot.org worth a look and it does seem well documented

Anyone that ever made videos for us in the past used Camtasia software. I never personally tried it, but have heard many people speak kindly about it over the years. Mostly poker players recording sessions for YT.

I was using it for a couple of years, easy to use. Maybe 16 months ago, doing an updated, triggered a Trojan warning. Tried to download software on another PC, with different virus software, that too triggered a warning. Uninstalled, haven't used it since.

False positives happen. Particularly with default programs like Norton and McAfee that are installed on most retail PCs.

So long as you got the program from the manufacturer, there aren't any malicious Trojan Viruses in the software. It's simply one of its features setting off a false alarm. You could probably figure out why with a Google search.

I see **** like this all the time with poker software programs and our customers freaking out.

Wouldn't use Norton or McAfee if they paid me.

If you or someone is using a Mac computer, it's pretty easy to record videos using Quicktime. You can record just the video, video+audio, and then export it to several extensions. Also on iOS it's pretty easy, just a button to record the screen.

I've used Camtasia. I didn't even know about the Windows key + G. Thanks!
