first I am lazy and hate making up podcasts. You can of course, make some up, or one or, lets do a shortcut.

Next go to www.podomatic.com or podcastalley.com and create an account to submit podcasts. Note you can submit your site, links etc!!

Ok so this takes a tad of time, but tons of links..And good quality. I use a RSS submiter then fire those out....and of course we could do some RSS "twists" to get a ton more links, if we know how, but that is another thread
