Question How are you managing your affiliate accounts?

I am managing affiliate accounts by logging into each account weekly, checking new players, as well as seeing how the revenue is. I don't know if there is a way to manage this list of accounts more quickly and conveniently? when this list in the future could reach hundreds, it will be very troublesome to log in to each account.

Be aware that "some" programs store YOUR stats on THEIR servers, and some people may prefer not allow such access.

Going way back, statsremote used to be the go to recommendation, but sadly is no longer

I just login manually almost everyday to check my stats and then I look through the detailed reports.

How can you check stats only once per week???

It seems to me that I'm still checking stats hourly for a certain program (even if they update stats only every 4 hours or so).

At least my stats checking addiction went from Google Analytics for all sites daily -> all affiliate programs for almost all programs daily -> only a few important programs daily.

But to answer your question: if you only check stats once per week then I guess you are fine with just logging into the programs. And I suggest to limit yourself to max 20 programs. It's not worth it to spread yourself too thin as you get higher commission when send your traffic to a few programs only, plus you don't have to deal with all those minimum quotas and account closures due to inactivity.

Daily. Then data entry in a good ol' spreadsheet so I can run some charts every now and then (Google Data Studio, or pivot tables).

I use a handy chrome extension called "Distill Web Monitor" which helps me notify on any changes that occur in my affiliate accounts. For example if there is a new signup or revenue change, it will send me a ping sound, email or sms.

Trying out this extension now, seems good for tracking any changes on the internet pages. However, i don't get how it can access my aff accounts if they're password protected and some even have 2FA?

You need to be logged in and keep the pages open in your browser so the extension refresh them (you set the refresh frequence) and search for changes. Every morning I enter into all affiliate accounts in a seperate chrome window and have the extension do the job during the rest of the day.

Its not ideal, but more practical than checking for changes manually multiple times a day.

Manually - and once a week - sometimes once a fortnight.
We have six main partners - and a couple of other trial programs (most trials fail)

I use Nifty Stats and only login to the programs manually when there is a new depositor, so that I can see which country they came from, or which of my sites they came from, as I have separate tracking links for each website

I also checked out your extension. But it didn't work instantly and then I thought it's even a bigger waste of time when I get push message the whole day which distract me from work.

The question is, what you're expecting to get?

If you are only interested in knowing your stats, NiftyStats will do the trick. unfortunately, that's the best you can get out of it.

You won't be able to know from where your player is sent to the casino.
You won't be able to optimize your pages.
you won't be able to tell if your 50K commission is from a single player or hundreds

A good bit of your statements are incorrect.

If the program is honorable, and provides accurate stats, and the affiliate has taken the time and care to set up CORRECT campaigns, then in fact the affiliate WILL know what campaigns the player came from, and depending on how the affiliate does use the campaigns, they could use different campaigns, per site, page or offer.

That means affiliates CAN in fact use that data to optimize their sites, pages etc.

Also, some programs do in fact allow for drilling down to see data, by player.

So to imply "only with your software" is in fact not true.

side note: this thread is about what methods affiliates, willing to provide feedback, are using to check their stats.

What you are suggesting is to create a campaign per account, per brand, per page.
you then need to collect all this data and still won't be able to see a detailed player report.
I wonder why no one does it.

    Never said that "only my"
