Surprised to see no one mentioned this so far:

The owner of Partouche International, Patrick Partouche, was fined 40,000 euros and handed a 12 month suspended sentence by the French court for his participation in an online gambling company which illegally targeted French players, and his company was ordered to pay 150,000 for lending its name to the website "Casino770.com" and "Poker770.com".
