Default Merry Xmas and a happy new year

to all you affiliate, affiliate managers and forum owners and anyone else that want to have a merry Xmas.

It has been a fun year and I hope that we can see a more stable and profitable year ahead of us, with new challenges that doesn't purely focus on legal issues.

So have a great one, and enjoy the eggnog and Glögg (swedish spiced wine) and all the great food.

What is the best dish on your christmas table?

    Cheers
    Henrik

I will be making bacon wrapped water chestnuts for the Chirstmas Gala party with some friends.

For family, I will be making a roasted chicken, sweet potato risotto, and my all-time famous dish- stir fried asparagus. That's the best always.

I have to say, I am also looking forward to eggnog martinis. Mmmm....

Happy Holidays to you and yours!

Hope you all have a very merry Christmas. I'll be up all Christmas Eve night cooking a hog for the family.

The classic ham and Swedish meatballs.
Also have a salmon wrap that is brilliant.

No idea yet what we'll have this Christmas my mom takes care of it and it's always the best every year, and I will not ask her what we'll have so I get surprised when I get home

We had candy cooking at my place yesterday, 3 people making Xmas candy for 3 days, and then we realised that 95% of all the Xmas candy is made of some kind of chocolate, and you of course have to test what you cook, so now I am still on a mighty sugar rush!

Merry Christmas! Since it's just going to be Joe, myself and my daughter for Christmas we are going to skip the traditional turkey and do filet mignon and shrimp. I want to try some gourmet cooking. I watch to much Top Chef.

Anyone have a gourmet (easy) appitizer idea?

The bacon wrapped water chestnuts are super easy and super delish.

wrap a strip of bacon around a whole water chestnut, use a toothpick.

I like to sprinkle a dash of brown sugar on top.

You can try a marinade, like teriyaki or italian salad dressing, but up to you.

Bake on a cookie sheet at 350 until the bacon is nice and crispy.

I've never had that Teresa. Sounds different and worth a try. Ohh and maybe some fancy schmancy sea scallops too.
