I have a problem,i can't request withdraw cause my cashier is 0,00$ .
Why?
Someone in iaffiliate team can check my account? (i have same username in iaffiliates account)
i already contacted david(my manager) in 7 March,but no reply.

Maybe you need a bit more patience? You contacted David on Thursday, maybe in the evening? Affiliate managers also have weekend (Friday and Saturday for a lot of them). So maybe he wasn't at work since you mailed him?
