Although I do not read the language wee, I could see enough that you are correct that this appears to be a word-for-word copy.

(Bytheway, I edited your post to remove the hyperlink for the bad site0

Here is the whois for the site in question, I have changed the domain name so it will not show as a backlink.

This site is fairly new since the domain was only created at the beginning of the month.

    Anyone know who this is?

That Denver address is the address of the privacy folks.

Thast post you found Mojo was just someone making a statement about why they think it's silly to post a whois of domains that are hidden by privacy. (I guess their forum has trouble with spammers using that method)

When I post a whois I do so for a number of reasons.

First it allows others to see the data and saves them from doing the lookup.

It also allows us to take a look at the creation date as well as name server details and helps some of us have a reference point to refer to if we happen to see a pattern with someone.

This particular person doing the copying, from what I could see, has stolen the website in order to put a site up for the sake of running adwords only and is not a true affiliate.

This site should be submitted to the spam reports of Google explaining what has happened....sadly this is the perfect example of someone who should have their adwords account closed, but my guess is that Google will NOT react as they should in this instance.

Not only should this person's acct be closed, but their personal details should be banned from re-joining the adwords program.

It appears this particular theft took quite a bit of work to pull off.
