I have heard of this site a few times but I am yet to use it. Do you find that the quality is consistent? How much control can you have over the final product? Might have to have a look when I get home tonight

Quality does vary, but to try and avoid that the best way to approach any offer is to contact the seller up front (there is a way to do that on each offer page) and ask for examples. You can generally get a good feel from that on how your project might end up.

When you get delivery there is a way to request changes, or even turn it down completely if not happy I believe (I've only once asked for a refund and got it without problems)
