Why is the same game providers in each country, but some games have free demo and some are no free demo?

There are rules in the UK that you can't offer demos before verifying the age of the user. This means most demos have now disappeared in that market or where available you can only access them once logged in and verified.

I guess it is the different rules around demo games in different countries as to why you are seeing differences.

It also depends by specific country rules. It's not just UKGC forbidding demos to underage players. There may be other countries which will adopt the same rule. While some other regulated nation will not bother about this further check.
