I created this site in 2017 - https://dicadeaposta.com/ . The focus is Brazil. I would like to improve it, but I don't know what to do.

There is good content, but I think it is possible to improve the layout or the idea of ​​how to sell my product.

Well that top slider section that takes up the whole of the above the fold view.....as it is, it doesn't seem to have much of a point.

If you want to maintain that (and it you already have any traffic hopefully you will know if anyone is ever clicking on any of those links)...I'd suggest....

Shrink it a little, place something above which says something like 'Top recommended bookies for Brazilian sports betting fans '' then for each one add an attractive (or at least some) image and either some bullet points that explain why they are good...or some text which says 'read more about this bookie below/on this page'

So you're telling your visitors ' this isn't just a page with a fairly blank slider, if you click on these you're going to go to some great bookies, and (if you don't want to do that) all you have to do is scroll down to read the rest of my great information

I guess it would be quite difficult to fit everything one can think of into a forum reply, but I can add a few points from my side.

- Your home page seems to be lacking information, I've seen multiple occasions where people here recommended to have long-form and informative home pages with relevant internal and external links. I tend to believe, that it can positively affect your ranking - definitely not going to do any harm.

- I couldn't find any bookmaker review pages or anything similar to that. Perhaps I might have missed them? Either way - if you have them I would recommend making them more visible. If you don't - then it's an absolute must to have them (just my opinion). There are numerous ways how bookmaker review pages can get you visitors from Google. The more informative your review pages are - the more traffic they can accumulate. A one-liner under a brand logo will likely not get much visitors.

- I'm not sure what's the story behind your site, perhaps it has been on "pause" for some time, but you should start working on your backlink profile if you are planning to develop it further. Currently there's a lot of space for improvement - you can take some time to focus on both, natural and artificial link (link exchange and similar things) building.

- You mentioned there being good content, but good content is something that can bring you visitors and I honestly didn't find much of that. One cool thing which you do actually have - are your betting tips. I can see you are updating them regularly, which is rather cool.

- Your site is missing a privacy and cookies policy notice as well as a cookies policy and a privacy statement itself. There is also no "about us" kind of page. Again, some people say these things can positively influence ranking and it sort of makes sense to believe it - it will not hurt to have it.

These are just some things I could name off the top of my head. Obviously there's always something to improve and tweak to hopefully make things better, but the above should be a decent starting point.

@PaulEchere, my website is a blog with tips and betting content. I really liked your tips, but I like a simpler home page. I think this is a "cleaner look", but does great content convert better?

Overall, I like the design of the site and its navigation, which is aesthetically pleasing and intuitive. The one thing I don’t love is the thing at the top where you can scroll from sportsbook to sportsbook. My first thought when it loaded and said “Bodog” was, “This is a site about Bodog,” so that is a bit confusing. It’d be better if what I saw made it obvious this is a site that includes reviews of multiple sportsbooks.

I'd be thinking have a section just below the fold called 'Betting Guides' and place 5 or 6 of these in there with bullet points. See how many get clicked on, any that don't then replace them with something different, any that seem to get more clicks than others leave them there.
