Half of the fun is, when you see her go . The message is clear, cut down on those carbohydrates. As for the shake weight, I don't see how it's going to work out your biceps/triceps when the motion that it does is quite short. Sure you will get sore in the first few times, but as soon as you get used to it....

I actually watched the whole commercial to see what they advertise. One of the things they pointed out is that regular fitness exercise make women bulk up muscle. A major ha ha ha ha on that. But then there's a men commercial, that promises you that exactly (bulking up). So which is it...

Also I feel great when people tell me that I am too slim to have had a baby. Specially since my lil' one took after his daddy and is quite big for his age. People sometimes mistake me for his older sister especially when we are hanging out with my mom and dad lol...

My little one's called Ethan. His daddy chose it. And no it's not because of Ethan Hawke lol I wanted to name him Shakeel but after much debate (lol), we settled on Shakeel as his middle name.

My boy - Mister Murphy turned 2 yesterday - 1st of June. He's been running since he was 2 weeks old. He jumps and wrestles these days. He loves to play ball. He's asleep beside me on one of the couches. awww!

Awwww so cute! I never thought i'd have a baby honestly. And now whenever i see babies, or hear people talking about babies or when i see my little one i just had to go awwww. This thing just melts me awwwwwww!

You are a hot mama too I'd say Zoorana. And yes we can consider ourselves lucky in that respect. I never had a problem with weight - I say that simply - think it's in my genes. Was chubby as a teenager but it all went away when I got into my twenties. I can actually eat whatever I want and not put on an ounce or get pimples - very practical since I'm crazy about chocolate/milkshakes/cake/junk food - heck, you name it.

Shakeel is a lovely name. My little one is named Ayman Gabriel - Seems like we adopted the same point of view on that

Hahaha yah it sprays... or well.. when you are using the shake weight it shoots a load of water all over your face, and then rolls outs some quarters for a taxi. haha. Puma I know you.. and you would love this episode. Season 14 of South Park would have had to be one of the best seasons they have done. I laughed and giggled like a school girl throughout the entire season.
