I was wondering if anyone had any experience with ibexnetwork.com?

The reason I ask is because I received a random email this morning from one of their "affiliate managers" to my personal email address (no idea how they got it) offering me CPA deals with a very low quota that just seem too good to be true.

Anyone worked with them before and have experiences to share?
