I'm sorry I just don't see the big deal in this, and I bet 99% of the account closed after 180 days have balances under 1 dollar.

As an affiliate, player, or operator is crazy. Think of a checking account in a bank; If you don't use it, the fee will dwindle it down to nothing.

Anyways, interesting thread, but it has gotten a little over blown I think.

Martyn's company is very stand up, and I think anyone promoting them will be fine.
It came up because someone left 2k in their Rushmore account for a long period of time. When the player came back, Rushmore refused to give it back and wouldn't budge. It was in their terms they said. They never made any attempt to contact the player before taking the money. The terms are bad! Of course that is wrong. CM dis-accredited them and they finally relented and gave it to the player.

There is potential for abuse by some. Unfortunatly, it gives the good guys, like you and Martyns programs, the heat too.

Yep, I was going to recreate the Lou V's J Todd of last year. And I would really make a threat on a forum.

The threat will be made at 3 in the morning when I call your house.

Obviously this is a joke...but bring some back up just in case.

My original concern Jack was because for instance ... I have pages and pages of accounts at brightshare which I can view at any time. They are players I have signed up over the years.

    Most, are not active currently.

However it is very comforting to know that if they should decide to return to play in the casino .. that the account is going to be there waiting for them and that i will get my due commission.

If an account is closed ... as I have always understood that to mean ... then it is no longer in existence.

I do know that people return to play to casinos that they have not played in a long time.

I do, therefore it happens. I would imagine I'm not the only one that revists old haunts.

    .......

I think what has been determined here is that the term is not correctly described. It leads us to believe the account will be closed when in fact the account remains ... only the money has been forfeited (correct me if that's wrong).

The reason this is so important is that I don't want to be promoting a casino that thinks so little of my efforts that is is so willing to 86 a perfectly good depositing player .. just because they haven't logged in for 6 months. Players are too hard to come by. The situation where Mojo described is outrageous.

I have been shitting ever since reading they closed a perfectly good player's account for that reason. (or that it was ever threatened to be closed, that's BS!)

I am offended as an aff and others should be as well. That is a stupid term!

If I'd known about it sooner .. I'd have been all over it sooner.
Almost Here! How would you like to be able to get not just one sign up from your player, or even a couple, but every single casino they join from here on? I've a plan that can make that happen and it will likely also tell you every time the player is active within the casino.
