I'm hosting a pair of webinars over the next few days with noted Internet gaming attorney Martin Owens. On August 14, Owens will discuss how online gaming suppliers -- including those that might have a “past” -- can get licensed to operate in the U.S. On August 19, Owens will look at what it will take to launch real-money sites right now in the U.S., including the state of California.

In each webinar, Owens will provide a legal overview with the help of a slide presentation. After the presentation, Owens will field questions from the audience.

Owens is the attorney for an Iipay Nation of Santa Ysabel, which is in the process of launching a real-money online poker room for California residents.

Here are the links to register for the webinars. Please join us and ask some questions. It should be informative and a lot of fun.
