Default I'm VERY disappointed in Fortune Affiliates

Iíve been promoting Fortune Affiliates for over 10 years now, and have built a decent player base and have been generating a decent income. Besides the $20K charge back issue, Iíve been fairly happy with the conversions and income.

    June 29
I posted a message on AGD & GPWA that I hadnít received my May commission.

    July 1
I received a message that my account manager will be in touch with me to resolve the issue.

    July 1
I received an email from my account manager that my May and June payment will be processed tomorrow.

    July 8
Still No Payment. I emailed my account manager and told him that I still didnít receive payment.

    July 9
I was emailed that the payment will be taking place today.

    July 10
Still no payment. I emailed my account manager and asked when the payment will be made.

    July 11
I was told that I should be receiving payment by today.

    July 12
    Guess what??? STILL NO PAYMENT!!!

What is going on with Fortune Affiliates? Why am I suddenly having payment issues? As if itís not bad enough to charge me back $20,000 without the slightest proof of charge backs, now you have stopped payments and keep lying to me. Is this how you treat affiliates who have been loyal to you for over 10 years?

I need this issue to be resolved immediately because some of us affiliates are actually running a business and have bills to pay and families to feed.

    My account number is: FA330

    Awaiting your reply.

They were reported paid via Skrill on 10 July. I don't think anyone has reported whether or not they've received payment by bank account yet.

Disclaimer : Posting payment information for this month as a reference point for the OP.

I received money from Fortune via Skrill.

That said, the place is a mess right now though. Have had 2 requests outstanding with their support for longer than a month now. You would think large groups like them would test new systems sufficiently before dumping them in and causing themselves a load of internal headaches. Hopefully mess will be sorted out soon.

My payments have always been via Neteller, so I don't understand why they suddenly stopped, and the lies.

    Hi All,

The above payment issue has been resolved between SweetBet and his account manager. May payment issues were an issue of them being withheld by auditors due to an exchange rate difference. SweetBet has received payment for his June payment within the Fortune Affiliates time frame and the May payment was added to this. We do apologize sincerely to SweetBet for the inconvenience this has caused you, also thank you for confirming that it has been resolved.

    Best Regards,
    Fortune Affiliates

At the past i heard also nothing about complains. Since they have the new program (not partner and userfriendly) and the RR migration has started it's a desaster what we experience.

It seems that they are not able to solve technichal problems. We are very disappointed and very annoying about. It has nothing to do with our account manager (the work togehther is excellent), the responsibles in the background seems to be unable.

If you believe that all is okay at FA then you are mistaken.

I could be mistaken I have just not heard other affiliates say they don't like them or hear many complaints. At least compared to other microgaming groups

    Inglorious highlights

They have a 3-month quota with the probability of losing all commissions.
    A "High-Roller" negative carryover.
And a duration time of the (first click (!)) cookie of "SESSION" instead of days?

Does "SESSION" mean, that after 15, 30 or latest 60 minutes inactivity the cookie is worthless?
Or does it mean, that it's a permanent (first click (!)) cookie?

    An important question!

    Terms

    16. Prohibited Jurisdictions
    [...]
16.1.5. Fortune Affiliates reserves the right to immediately terminate this Agreement should you or your associated marketing partners breach the abovementioned clause 9.9 and excludes to the fullest extent lawfully permitted all liability incurred pursuant to such a breach of the abovementioned clause 9.9.
"Above mentioned clause 9.9." does not exist?!

    Red Returns

A migration is not always a happy event for all participants. But we say in Germany: "Do unto others as you would have others do unto you."

I would always prefer the petite bourgeoisie every brutal pecking order. A company need happy employees and no one who will return to their home after office hours as broken individual.

Official Platinum (!) sponsor representatives should answer questions in GPWA latest after 48 hours unless they are in prison, abducted by aliens or won an annual ticket for the beauty farm by solving crossword puzzles.

    What happened to you?
