Default Importance of technology on casino affiliates

    Hi all,

been looking at a few casino affiliate sites recently, and one thing I can't understand is the need to mention what kind of technology a casino uses. Are they not all the same - ie, like real casino games, but just online?

How important is the whole RTG designation ( which i think means real time gaming) and how many different types of technology/types of online casinos are there to promite?

thanks, having trouble grasping this unfortunately! Sports bettor myself.

The longer you are an affiliate or a player, and the more casinos you play at the apparent this becomes.

No the games are NOT the same and each individual has their own preferences.

If your favorite game is Diamond Dozen (one of the Real Series Video Slots from RTG) and you really enjoy playing it and your opinion is that you always seem to win more when playing it as opposed to other slots, then as a player you may likely seek out RTG casinos to play at.

How much more disappointing could it be than to join a casino, make a deposit, and then find out the casino doesn't have your favorite game?

In addition, some platforms restrict players from certain countries as a provider by policy and some allow the operator to choose.

While you may not see the relevance of the casino software type - you can be sure that an experienced (and potentially valuable) online casino player probably does - and may even search for casino reviews based on software type and game name.

To give it a sports betting analogy ...

While a sports betting review might mention whether a bookmaker supports bets on your favourite sport, a more detailed review will quote the leagues / teams covered, the type of bets covered, possibly the typical "juice" involved in the odds, and whether live betting is possible.

Just as that detail is relevant to the advanced sports punter - casino software - and potential odds payouts matter to advanced casino players.
