Dear Affiliate Partner,

We hope this email finds you well.

We would like to inform you that due to a change in the business operations of
the casino, the Touch Casino Affiliate Program will be officially closing.

Following a review of affiliate accounts, please note that there are currently no
outstanding balances payable on your account, in accordance with the
Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions. As such, no more invoices should be
submitted at this time.

Please note that commission payments under the Affiliate Program are subject
to the applicable provisions of the Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions,
including:

 Clause 6.2.2(b) – Commission becomes payable only once the minimum
payout threshold of €300 (three hundred euros) has been reached.

 Clause 6.2.5 – Where applicable, commission payments may be
conditional upon the Affiliate generating at least ten (10) New
Depositing Customers (NDCs).

We also remind all partners to ensure compliance with the post-termination
obligations outlined in Clause 7.5 of the Affiliate Program Terms &
Conditions, in particular to stop all access to the Affiliate Program, to cease all
use of brand assets, remove all promotional content from its websites and
marketing channels, disable all Affiliate Links and return, delete, or
permanently destroy all proprietary materials and Confidential Information
and confirm such return, deletion and destruction in writing.
This termination is without prejudice to any rights, obligations, or liabilities
that have accrued prior to termination.

Accordingly, the confidentiality,If you have any questions regarding the program closure, please do not
hesitate to contact us.

We appreciate your cooperation and thank you for your participation in the
Touch Casino Affiliate Program.

I also must add that it’s simply not fair. If an affiliate program shuts down, it should pay all earned commissions, regardless of minimum thresholds or extra conditions like NDC targets. Affiliates sent traffic in good faith and generated value for the brand. Using closure as a reason to withhold smaller balances feels unreasonable and one sided. If there is no clear term covering this exact situation, all outstanding earnings should be paid in full.
