    Hi All,

    With the recent change from PartnerLogic to InterPartners, this is a great time for you to talk to us about the InterPartners’ improved functionality and the fantastic plans that InterCasino/InterPoker have in store in the coming few months (there are some really great offers coming for your users – book a meeting to learn all about it! ).

    Your Payment Details - Urgent

    Could you please ensure that your payment details in the InterPartners back-end are up-to-date. This is required in order for you to get your commission payment for May and going forward. Failure to do so will result in your payment rolling over to the next month. Commission payments that remain unclaimed for more than 6 months will be reversed back into our system.

    In addition, remember that your commission payment for April is still in eCash unless you have withdrawn it already . PartnerLogic is no longer available, but you will be able to access your Ecash through the link below, up until the 31 st of May 2011:

    We can report that the migration to the new software has been a success regardless of the slight delay with the launch date and the few unavoidable teething problems . Between ourselves, Income Access and some eagle-eyed affiliates, we are confident we have caught them all. However, should you notice anything we missed , feel free to let us know.

    Lastly, we would like your feedback on the new site, tools and user-experience at InterPartners. Between our Affiliate, development, design teams and a number of other people in offices dotted all over the world, we have worked incredibly hard to offer the best affiliate experience available.

    Do we have a new monthly payment schedule with the new system? They would've been in the eCash system for withdrawal by now but nothing paid from the new system yet.

    Update. I just check my stats for last month and they've dropped since the month end (chargebacks?) to less than $50 which may mean it falls below mininum payment threshold.

    Default E Cash

    I had funds sitting in E Cash that are no longer there and i have no idea where it is now. One of the reasons for me not promoting Inter is down to a dispute re E Cash . Can someone contact me and help me resolve this please

    Looks like Inter are being kept busy with the new system. Ain't seem them in here for a while. That's not usual for them, they're quite busy around here normally.

    Hi All,

    Sorry for the late reply, I have been on annual leave for the past 2 weeks and am catching up with everything!

    eCash is no longer being used since the re-launch of the InterParters affiliate program. Payments are now being made directly through the IncomeAccess back-end to the account details that affiliates have provided us to make this process quicker. Can you please ensure that the details that you have in InterPartners account details section are correct, as otherwise this could lead to delays in receiving any commission payments.

    Regarding funds that were not claimed from eCash before the 1st June that are no longer accessable, you do not need to worry. Once we stopped using eCash at the end of May, any outstanding funds were withdrawn back into our system, where I can arrange payment of this through InterPartners. Can you please email me at the details below with either affiliate account details and I will arrange this to be paid asap.
