Hello! I have 3 questions...let me explain the situation:

I have a gambling product, that I´m reselling for a lot of countries, also for UK. My site is blocked for USA, but some webmasters from USA, are really interested in resell it for Uk, and others countries (France, Italy, and Germany for example), the 3 question are:

- Can I pay the monthly commision to the USA webmasters?
- If possible if they have an account outside USA?
- Do the affilliate programs, doesn´t allow USA webmasters/resellers?
