Today, we are excited to announce the official migration date to our new Affiliate software: August 5th.This move will bring enhanced features and a more streamlined experience for all our affiliates, and everything is ready for you.

Important Reminders related to our old platform:

• Download Commission History: Your commission history will not be migrated to the new platform. Please download and save your past commission reports for your records.
• Mainstage Bingo Program: Please note that the Mainstage Bingo program will not be migrated to Scaleo.
• Request Pending Payments: To ensure a smooth transition, please request any pending payments you may have as soon as possible.

It's happening now:

Dear Partner,Today, August 5th, was the official migration date for our affiliate program from old to our new platform, Scaleo.
As of right now we have a successful migration, where we have:

1. Migrated affiliate accounts
2. Ensured that all old tracking links still works and is integrated with our new software
3. Ensured the tracking links and our systems work together
4. Migrated players to continuously match with affiliate accounts
5. Merged affiliate accounts from same company into 1 where requested

For practical purposes some recently registered players and affiliates were not part of the migration. These will be migrated as soon as we receive the relevant data extract from our previous partner.
To ensure a smooth transition and avoid any loss of commissions, please take the following steps right away.
Action Required: Update Your Tracking Links

This is the most critical step. You must create new links on the Scaleo platform and update them on all your websites and promotional channels immediately.
Here's how to get started:

1. Your Login: Your registered email address is your username.
2. Reset Password: Click here to create a new password for your Scaleo account:https://superflypartners.scaleo.app/login/password-reset

4. Create Links: Once you're logged in, go to the following page to generate your new tracking links:https://superflypartners.scaleo.app/affiliate/commission-plans/assets

Important Deadlines and Reminders

• Access to old affiliate platform: The old platform will be available until August 20, 2025. Use this time to download and save your commission history, as this data will not be migrated to Scaleo and will not be available after the old platform is shut down.
• Pending Payments: We strongly advise you to request any pending payments from eGASS by August 14th.
• Mainstage Bingo: Please note that the Mainstage Bingo has not been migrated to Scaleo.
