Important Update: Betika Uganda Affiliate Programme

Dear Partner,First and foremost, thank you. The growth we have seen in Uganda over the past year has been exceptional, and that is a direct result of the hard work, creativity, and commitment you have brought to this partnership. We are genuinely grateful for everything you have built alongside us.
We are writing to let you know that, effective 28 March 2026, we are placing the Betika Uganda affiliate programme on a temporary pause. This is not a closure, it is a reset. We are taking the time needed to review our market structure and come back with a model that works sustainably for Uganda's economics. We will reach out as soon as we are ready to relaunch, and we very much hope you will be part of it.
Betika Uganda remains fully operational and licensed. The platform continues to serve players, all operations are running as normal, and we remain committed to the Uganda market for the long term. This pause applies only to the affiliate programme, not to the business itself.


What This Means for You

1. All RevShare accrued up to and including 27 March 2026 will be honoured and paid as normal.
   
2. From 28 March onwards, no new CPA commissions will accrue.
   
3. No RevShare will be earned on new customers acquired from 28 March under existing deal structures.
   
4. You will continue to receive RevShare on your existing active players under your current agreements, this is not affected.

What We Need From You
From 28 March, please pause all active Uganda campaigns and remove Betika Uganda marketing materials, banners, and tracking links from your platforms. All Uganda tracking links will be suspended on that date.


Other Markets
This pause applies to Uganda only. Betika and Pepeta remain fully live across all other markets, and we encourage you to continue your great work there in the meantime.
We know this is not the news you were hoping for, and we do not take it lightly. The growth you helped us achieve in Uganda has been real and meaningful. This pause is about making sure we can build on it properly, with a structure that is fair, transparent, and sustainable for everyone involved.
