However, we understand the importance of maintaining strong relationships with our affiliates, and we have devised two options for you to choose from going forward.
Option 1: Transition to Revenue Share Model
We invite you to explore the opportunity to transition from our existing CPA (Cost Per Action) and Hybrid deals to a Revenue Share model. This model ensures that you will earn a percentage of the revenue generated from the customers you refer to us while brand is still active. We believe this shift will align our interests and foster a mutually beneficial future partnership.
If you choose this option, our team will work closely with you to establish revenue share terms. We are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible.
Option 2: Complete Collaboration Termination

We understand that a shift in business models may not be suitable for everyone. If you prefer not to transition to the Revenue Share model, we respect your decision. In this case, we will complete the collaboration termination process promptly. Please be aware that this will mean the end of our partnership, and we sincerely appreciate the efforts and dedication you've demonstrated during our time working together.
Next Steps: If you wish to explore the transition to the Revenue Share model, please contact your account manager. If you choose to terminate our collaboration, kindly inform us of your decision by January 20,2024 so that we can conclude our partnership on amicable terms.

By January 21,2024 all existing affiliate deals will be automatically switched to Revenue Share model
