[ocreditor]

To whom this may concern:

This notice is to formally inform you of the transfer of all rights, titles, interests, and obligations under our Affiliate Agreement from Rainmaker Casino to the Rove Affiliates Program (‘’Rove Affiliates’’).
This transfer will be initiated on the 18th of May 2026 and be finalized on the 18th of June 2026 (the ‘’Effective Date’’). The new affiliate program will be operated by Rove Ltd, a company registered in Hong Kong (the ’’Rove’’).

As of the Effective Date, Rove Affiliates shall assume all responsibilities and obligations previously held by Rainmaker Casino. All references to "the Company," "us," or "we" within our previous Agreement shall, from the Effective Date, refer exclusively to Rove and/or Rove Affiliates.
Please be advised that your commercial terms, including Commission structures, and payment schedules, remain unchanged. However, there are a few important updates we will kindly ask you to proceed with:

● Tracking Links: You will need to update your tracking links to reflect the new tracking used by Rove before June 15th
● Communication: A new set of contact email addresses will be provided. Please ensure all future communications are directed to the Rove’s team.
● Administrative Details: Kindly update your records with the new company address and payment request information we will provide for June’s closure.

All invoices issued and received during the calendar month of June 2026 covering May’s activity remain to be settled by Rainmaker Casino.
All invoices issued and received for June’s 2026 activity will be settled by Rove Affiliates – following Rainmaker Casino’s end of operation.
