Income Access AGAIN - Im beginning to doubt your credibility

What is it now? I'll tell you the problem

This month having a good month with BetVictor, log in this morning and about 13 days of data are completely stripped out, not even sure how you managed that but well done anyway. Now just logged back and the stats seemed to have been updated, but and this is a MASSIVE BUT, my earnings are now 4/5 of what they were and no signs of why, no heavy loses etc, just looks like some money stripped away.

So looking forward to see how you explain this one

Hi,

BetVictor notified their affiliates on February 15th that they were having problems with the way their stats were displaying, and that they were going to be updated. We are currently working with them to fix this. Did you not receive the email from them?

If you have concerns with any operators, please first get in touch with your affiliate manager who will likely be able to get you the information you are looking for. If you are not getting the support you need, then please reach out to us and we are always more than happy to help.

got no email whatsoever

was told today this was a income access issue (again). so how have my stats gone down by 4/5. I'd like details about the whole problem seeing as I got no email please

BetVictor Reporting Error

Dear Affiliate,

We are currently experiencing an issue with the way stats are displaying within the Betvictor affiliates site. This is an error that has caused the duplication of sales data within Income Access, so you may have seen some odd or unusual stats within your account.

Please note this is a display issue only and Betvictor and Income Access are working to resolve this asap.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

From my understanding your commissions actually were much lower which could explain the 4/5 drop you experienced.

BetVictor is not the only brand this happened with. My question is how exactly does such a thing happen?

Why has the OP not received the explanation he is entitled to?

Disclosure: This is not the only brand this has happened to (Coral around the same timeframe as well - off the top of my head).

Our BetVictor earnings for January dropped from over 3K GBP to about 300GBP - sometime in February.

Checked on February 2nd - all days logged and total was 3031 GBP - I recorded the totals and noted the payment due.
Checked today (as payment had not arrived) and I see the much lower rev-share total in the stats - everything else is the same.

No email, no broadcast message, just a much reduced total. WTF?
IF I treated a business partner like that (ajdusting payments downwards) without discussion or notification then I would not be in business long.

I know you have an AM and an affiliate program - you send out trite promotions 5 times a week asking for a special push - well how about an actual communication when you are readjusting payments? Too much to ask?

IGamingPartners, EFBet Affiliates, AffPower - Every month i have New Players on this programs.
But since 01 february, i have "0" New Players. The same traffic, the same positions, but.....
This is very strange, "0" New Players for 24 days. All Program work at Income Access Platform.

Hi Aidan,

We have gone over this in a few different threads in the past, nonetheless, it is worth explaining the data delivery and reporting process for transparency.

All our clients have an automated process in place for transmitting data to us daily for their affiliate programme. When an issue arises with the data for various reasons be it prior to importing into the reports or after, we work closely with our clients to correct the issue while encouraging them to inform their affiliates so there is always transparency. Bet Victor sent a communication about the incorrect data to their affiliates and admittedly some may not have seen the communication as expressed in the forum nonetheless, it was.

As you can appreciate, technical issues do arise from time to time and that is why we do our best to resolve them as quickly as we can while encouraging an open line of communication.

We hope this provides more context and as you know, we always try to be as honest as possible as we have been working with affiliate programmes for 14 years and know that trust and honesty are the corner stones to successful programmes.

right, ok, I have seen this reply before and I dont want to become one of those posters that gets all irate about IA and saying there are constant issues but all you have said there basically is there was an error and you told betvictor to send an email.

so, for clarity are you saying that my stats were inflated and was fixed? betvictor imported the wrong info? you had a problem with your software? is the problem fixed or ongoing (i was told it wasnt fixed)? and why did it take 6 days to get any reply when I asked basic questions politely?

No idea mate, Allan won't give a straight answer and Anthony doesn't dare to really make them answer in case they stop paying to be on here and then Michael will tell him off

I had the same problem where it showed mid 4-figures in the negative, now it is back to more normal looking revenue (low 3 figure).

Received this email on the 15th as well:
