Income Access - Generate Invoices

Hi Guys

As most of you should know all IA based software now requires you to generate an invoice. I have received instructions on how to do this but I can not say for certain that it has been completed. How are we to know that they have received the invoices? One affiliate said that they need them generated before the 5th working day of each month and if it hasn't been done then you will need to wait until the following month to be paid. I am awaiting a pretty large amount from this particular affiliate so obviously I want to make sure it is done.

Also when I log in and click generate invoice it gives me a long list of invoices with very random dates going back as far as 2013. Is this the same for everyone else. Was wondering what these dates represent.

Any info would be great thanks. May IA can advise further??

Actually guys I do understand what the dates represent however I am not seeing any invoices from last month as yet. Is anyone else able to see last months as yet?

I think it's program dependent.. I only have a couple of places where I generate invoices the rest is all autopay
