Income Access Password Resets

For the life of me I will never understand why Income Access continues to process password resets, or send e-mails welcoming you to a program and never mention the program name.

This morning had to perform a number password resets and when I finally receive the reset there was no mention for which program. Surely this has to be a basic function that can be fixed.

Completely agree, it is a nightmare. I have been locked out of accounts for weeks before now trying to get the right password reset email for the right account. As you say its a basic function that even IA should have.
