As part of our ongoing growth strategy, LeoVegas Group is undertaking an internal corporate restructuring. This means that from time to time, we may be required to suspend, migrate or even close customer accounts which are impacted by the restructuring in order to transfer operations of an existing domain to a new domain and/or entity within the Group.

All customer accounts on LeoVegas, including the accounts of your referred players / customers will be closed and all player funds returned to players. Customers are currently being notified of this.

LeoVegas Gaming Group will operate the LeoVegas domain on a new license with a different legal entity going forward, and all customers will be required to re-register on LeoVegas with this entity at such time as it commences operations. The new license comes into effect on the 28th November 2023.

Your business is important to us, and therefore should your existing referred players / customers register a new account with LeoVegas within the first six (6) months of its new operations, we will, as a gesture of goodwill, assign the historical affiliate tag of LeoVegas Gaming Plc to that new customer account and your revenue share will apply to that referred player / customer's newly registered account. After this period the old affiliate tag connected to the old customer will be lost.
