Is the Internet Gaming Commission creditable?

I see a few sites that state, on their home page, that their site has been approved by the Internet Gaming Commission and they display this seal: The image you see is exactly the size it appears on the site. There appears to be words above and below the badge, but even zoom will not bring them out! Also the seal is only an icon and not linking to any site that could verify it as authentic. Is this commission creditable?

Bogus from what been seeing a Phony Regulatory Body. I believe the Miester feels the same way.

No, I would not put faith in them. I tried following up with them on a concern a little over a year ago and all the contact details on their site bounced back. I'm not able to locate their website right now (it may have been taken down?). I'll try to check my sent mail folder to see if I can track down the message I tried to send -- it should at least help me remember the URL to check if the site is still there.

Also, for a quick clarification, the Internet Gambling Commission with the logo above is different than the Internet Gaming Commission that Casinomeister labels "flaccid".

I too see lots of sites supporting this phony seal as well. When I first started out I emailed them about ten times and received no response.
