Interwetten just stole everything in Germany

The license for Germany is online a few weeks away, as are the Euros.
Unfortunately, our expectations six months ago were too optimistic in the licensor and a lot of clear confirmations are still missing.
Currently, a lot of deals are discussed and only a little to no options can be confirmed, clear is that revenue shares won't be payable.

After counseling with our legal advisors for the last months, nearly years, it was now decided by our management that Interwetten cannot - under all circumstances - pay revenue shares from the 1st of July on and risk the license.
This affects new players signing up after the 1st of July but also existing players because this part of the license requirements is unfortunately very clear in stating that German players cannot be connected in any way to variable payments based on their deposits, revenues, or turnovers.

Our standard offer from 25-35% Revenue Share based on performance and levels will be adapted to 50€ CPA which will be triggered by the minimum deposit.

Great. Lifetime revenueshare lost.

50 EUR CPA is the new normal I will not mention the operators who did NOT steal in Germany and please do NOT do it. We all know who is the one who gives us 365 days/year support, pays everyone and does not play bs games.

There can be some truth in what is written above. But the operators who simply fight for their affiliates, who do not give excuses even when they legally can, they deserve recognition. In the case of the ones who did not steal it is more like the opposite.

Thanks for the heads up. They terminated our account some time ago after many years. Their behaviour and this announcement confirms why we blacklist them.

I probably lost 3/4 of my affiliate programs over the years due to stealing, legal mumbojumbo nonsense, ridiculous new depositor requirements and so on.

Will call it quits soon. Thank god, I started during the good old gold rush times.

For me, Germany war already more or less dead since last October when they banned the use of "casino" for promoting online casinos.

It is correct that the new German gambling law states that there is no longer any revshare for affiliates. That makes no sense at all, but it is so.

Kindred also changed it and only pays CPA from July 1st, 2021 but is at least fair and continues to pay revshare for all old players. Other providers will follow shortly.

It looks likes:

- make a new account and get their paid a fixed sum per depositing player (CPA)
- get RS on the players on your old account. New players on this account won't be rewarded.

But this is different than what they wrote in their first mail.

Entain also honor RS Deals for all old traffic before 01.07. Betsson Group put all on hold and is not sure yet.

Entain RS is a joke (RS for 3 years and 5% afterwards), so they can allow to play here how they are good.
Bet365 here is a real disappointment.

Kindred has their quota, but in this kind of markets they have usually a fair approach. Also in NL they're still paying RS for sent players, although it's not allowed to promote them there anymore.
