I've not been able to log into my Bet Victor account today and my banners aren't appearing correctly. Is anyone else having this issue or is it just me?

Apparently they have closed or suspended everybody's accounts if you haven't sent them all your personal details yet.
And even if you have, and they haven't got round to verifying them yet, they've just gone ahead and closed you down anyway.
All of this due to their lies regarding KYC which as I mentioned in another post, doesn't actually apply to affiliates (this has been verified to me personally by the UKGC).
Brilliant isn't it. What a splendid way to do business.

I sent my documents straight away and received confirmation from them too.
It's like they're deliberately trying to push people away from promoting them. Shocking!
Nothing shocks me with these comedians any more, but I know what you mean!

They're now claiming they requested the information to be resent, even after I forwarded them an email from the vary same advisor who said "Your documentation has been approved."

Also affected.
Seems to be a ****-up.
Dunno if this is sorted for all now but I'm able to log in ok and had details sent in after they sent the first email.
Are you guys back into accounts now?
I had to forward them their own document confirmation email twice yesterday before they realised their mistake. Managed to get my account back running.
Tried to log in this morning and I was locked back out again. Emailed them and now I can log in once again.
Everything running fine as of today.

Hi,
I had a similar problem with them but all sorted now. Just had to email Affiliate.Security@betvictor.com as Aidan90 said.
Thanks

I got in touch with them via Affiliate.Security@betvictor.com and they were quite prompt in their replies, they should be able to reinstate the account for you.
Good luck.
the communication with those guys regarding this matter was very "we dont care if you dont send us your docs, we dont give a s*** about our business with you"... Glad I found those threads here now and see it wasnt just me they requested all that...
Yes, it will be Jean Martinez-Oliver. She has a shocking attitude towards affiliates and is clearly doing a lot of damage to Bet Victor affiliates reputation. I also got that very same attitude from her when they shut my account down.
With these guys it seems they just like to close the account, not tell you why, then make you go begging for it to be opened.
A shocking way to treat their business 'partners' and yet they are STILL a GPWA GOLD SPONSOR!!! WOOOOP. Well done GPWA. This section of the forum is riddled with complaints of account closure and poor affiliate treatment by these clowns.

I guess in a way it's best if they keep this forum section open so people can read how bad they are.
Has there been an official explanation as to why BV are still allowed to be sponsors here?
