Default It's daft Bitcoin question time again!

Say someone had a Coinomi wallet on their laptop.

And they got a Bitbox hard wallet.

How would they move coins (BTC and other) from Coinomi to the hard wallet?

Assume said person doesn't want an exchange (or any other 3rd party, if there are other options) involved. They think (hope) they can plug in the hard wallet and effect some sort of local transfer. Idiotic thinking? Or doable?

Or is it actually as simple as building a new address on the hard wallet and sending from current Coinomi address to that new one?

Make sure that the hard wallet can receive all the "other" coins. Create payment addresses for each coin type in hard wallet and then simply pay them from Coinomi.

Edit: Make small test payments first for each coin just to make sure everything is in order.
