Anyone have info on Bet Phoenix Casino? I tried to log in to the affy software (yes, the Rival one) and my pw will not work. When I click the "Forgot Password" link it takes me to Malibu Club Affiliates. (Malibu Club took over Apollo Casino last year).

Have they (Bet Phoenix) gone belly up after moving over to Rival? Any info is appreciated. I am off to disable their page(s) pending the findings of what happened.
