Default Affactive/RevenueJet Owners/Operators being Indicted in New York - UIGEA being cited.

Some of the things in the indictment really show how this rogue operation worked.

From hacking brokerage houses, other operators, software providers, to buying banks, no wonder the USA had their eyes on this group.

    Good Riddance.

We've now added the indictment to the archive of legal documents kept on the APCW website. This specific indictment is located here:

U.S. DOJ indictment of Affactive, Revenue Jet operators.

Bloomberg Business featured an article on the indictment in their newsletter today. You can read the article here:

The Man Accused of Masterminding the Hacks That Shook Wall Street

The article includes a two minute video on the indictment as well.

I wonder if any fairly large organisations that continued to advertise these rogue houses despite all the warnings maybe worrying a little bit now?

You know, actively helping grow their criminal network and ignoring all the hacking etc??

Gee just who could you be referring to?

I would be shocked, shocked to find out that anything like that went on around on here.

That's nice of you. It would have been nicer if you didn't promote their brands on your sites until the day they closed down. That's not even mentioning the GPWA endorsement.
