I'm not good at customizing it and it's still a work in progress.

I've went over some pages and the website's layout seems to be very difficult for me to understand, follow and navigate. However, I've noticed that with a lot of Asian affiliate websites, so perhaps I just don't get it.

If the site is aimed 100% at Japan then why add English?

Evaluating this type of site is extremely difficult, for many people here. However, there are some Japanese users here and it would be best if they wrote their opinion. Simply put, site styles are very different from each other and what would never work on a site aimed at Europe may work in Japan. And vice versa.

It's something I've seen, so I'm sure it's influenced me.

Portal sites around the world, including everyone here, are sophisticated and very educational.

The loading speed is a little slow, but that's something you can easily improve. I suggest you work on the design, colour palette and images. I don't feel it is coherent and, in my opinion, it detracts from the professionalism of your website. I would also delay the question of whether you found what you were looking for because it doesn't make sense when you're just entering the page for the first time.

Dude good work but there is still a lot to do. It still does not look like a website created in 2024.

You have white coulor font on white background in header. But you have to work on colours on the whole page, it is not easy to read if you do not to it in a good way.

Also very important to be mobile friendly. Work on this as a priority.

When the design will be great, then work on content and SEO more.
